The anode plate is the core component of the electrostatic precipitator. The acceptance criteria of the anode plate are: straight, high strength, strong rigidity and not easy to be twisted. Electrolytic anode plate consists of anode lug, transition row and main board sequential welding. It is characterized by transitional row of tin, silver, cobalt, silicon, germanium and lead. The main board is mixed with calcium, aluminum, silver, tin and lead in a certain proportion. A small amount of rare earth elements are added, which are respectively prepared by dissolving, mixing, casting, cold pressing, shearing, and stamping. Good anti-corrosion performance, used for electrolytic manganese.
